Hi! I'm Gina, I'm not the type who jumps out of bed fired up for fitness or pumped up for meal prep—and I won't pretend to be. In fact, - I'm the girl who spent years trying to “push through,” burning myself out while telling everyone around me to take care of themselves. Yeah… the irony wasn’t lost on me.
